About:

"Cell" is a escape room-like short interactive fiction made in Twine.  Its narrative is inspired by the point and click flash games by scriptwelder .

Running the Game:

This is a HTML game, which means that all you need to run the game is a browser of your preference. More instructions will be given in the download page. These are also within the documention of the game on a README file. It is prefered to play on a PC.

Game's length:

It's approximately a 30min to 40min experience from beginning to end of a run.

Accesability:

  • The game comes with a dyslexia-friendly font, which you can find and switch in the settings.
  • You can change the size of the font in the settings as well.
  • There is also a toggle to show the links' underline, for an easy distinction between prose and links.
  • TRIGGER WARNING: depictions of blood and confinement.

Some features:

  • There are a few endings for you to find! Have fun!
  • There is audio! Some actions that you do, will have audio cues.
  • This game has a Notes and Inventory system, which notifies and compiles important information for you to review, as well as the items that you've collected thus far. 
  • It also features a small collection of Achievements, for those who like to hunt for them.
